Mt Cotton Training Centre
Mt Cotton Training Centre is a world-class driver education and driver training facility.
The driver training facility is nestled amongst 48 hectares of natural bushland approximately 40km south of Brisbane and 60km north of the Gold Coast.
The centre is nationally recognised as a premier training facility. Participants can take part in a diverse range of driving experiences using the six purpose-built driving facilities. The facilities are designed to simulate real-life situations, and help drivers understand potential hazards they may be exposed to in a normal driving environment.
Who can use Mt Cotton Training Centre?
The centre is available for hire to most groups and organisations. Terms, conditions and responsibilities set out by centre management must be met before hirers can use the facility.
Activities conducted at Mt Cotton Training Centre vary from defensive driving courses, to fire prevention training, to filming for television commercials. The design of the complex gives hirers the security, safety and seclusion required.
