Bicycle user groups
A Bicycle User Group (BUG) is a group of cyclists who have a common interest in cycling together and/or improving riding conditions in their community. They are sometimes based around a workplace or geographic area, and have detailed local knowledge which makes them effective in working with planners and administrators to improve conditions for bike riding.
Many Bicycle User Groups meet regularly for rides, coffee and other social events. If you are interested in becoming involved with a local Bicycle User Group, the Bicycle Queensland* website has more information about how to contact a Bicycle User Group in your area.
